Run the STR Revenue Ratio calculator or the Acquisition Model on one real property you're considering. If it doesn't give you a clear, real go/no-go signal you can actually act on, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No form, no explanation required.
How refunds work
- Email the address above with your purchase email and (if you have it) the order/receipt number from Stripe.
- Refunds are processed manually to the original payment method, typically within a few business days of the request.
What isn't covered
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we ask that refund requests come through the process above rather than a card chargeback - chargebacks take longer to resolve and cost more on both sides than just emailing us. Requests made after the 30-day window are evaluated case by case, not automatically declined. Any real, ongoing charges you incurred on your own AirROI account before requesting a refund are between you and AirROI and are not something we can refund - see the Terms of Service, Section 5.
